When groundwater starts pushing through your foundation walls or floor slab, every hour matters. We diagnose the entry point and stop it, not just mop up the symptom.

What "specialized" actually means for basement waterproofing at our company — not a marketing word, a set of specific practices.
Our crews are licensed and insured specifically for below-grade water intrusion work, not general handyman repairs dressed up as waterproofing.
A basement taking on water doesn't get a next-week slot — active leaks move to the front of the queue and typically see a technician within hours.
No mid-job upcharges for discovering what a camera inspection would have caught on day one; the quote accounts for what we actually find.
Moisture meters, borescope wall cameras, and hydrostatic pressure gauges identify the actual entry point instead of guessing from surface staining.
Each service below is scoped specifically to basement waterproofing, not a generic waterproofing menu with the name swapped in.
We core the slab along the interior perimeter, set perforated drain tile in washed gravel, and tie the discharge into a sealed sump basin sized for your water table. The basin gets a cast-iron or high-torque pump with a battery backup, because a power outage during a storm is exactly when you need it running.
We relieve that pressure at the source with a combination of interior weep systems and, where grading allows, exterior drainage correction. Left unaddressed, hydrostatic pressure doesn't just cause seepage — it can bow block walls over time.
Wider or stair-step cracks get evaluated for structural movement first — injecting resin into a crack that's still actively moving just delays the real fix. We photograph and log every crack before and after treatment for your records.
A primary sump pump that fails silently during a storm is the single most common cause of preventable basement flooding we see. Some clients add a cellular notification module so they get an alert on their phone, not just a beeping alarm in an empty house.
A dimple-board membrane creates an air gap against the foundation wall, directing incidental moisture down to the drain tile instead of letting it wick into insulation and drywall.
Four steps, start to finish — from your first phone call to a dry, warrantied basement.
One call routes you straight to a local dispatcher, not a national call center reading from a script — they know your service area's water table conditions.
Trucks are stocked with moisture meters, wall cameras, injection resin, and basic extraction gear, so the diagnostic visit rarely turns into a second trip just to bring equipment.
A full perimeter inspection — moisture readings, crack mapping, sump basin condition — leads to a specific, written recommendation, not a generic sales pitch for the most expensive system.
Work isn't considered complete until the specific intrusion point that brought you to call is verifiably resolved — we don't close the ticket on hope.
